XZ Utils Licensing

Different licenses apply to different files in XZ Utils. The liblzma library
used by ZScripter is in the public domain. It is provided as-is, without any
warranty.

This software includes code from XZ Utils <https://tukaani.org/xz/>.

The complete, unmodified upstream source archive is included as
SOURCES/xz-5.8.3.tar.gz. Its top-level COPYING file contains the complete
upstream licensing explanation for all components in that source archive.
